Privacy Requests

Last updated: May 11, 2026

This page explains how to request access to your data, correction of account information, deletion of your account data, or export of data associated with your SLAVault account or organization.

1. Overview

SLAVault currently handles privacy requests through a reviewed manual process. We use this approach so we can verify identity, protect organization boundaries, and make sure deletion or export actions are completed safely.

2. Types of Requests

  • Request access to personal or account data
  • Request correction of account information
  • Request deletion of your account or related data
  • Request export of data associated with your account or authorized organization workspace

3. How to Submit a Request

To submit a privacy request, email privacy@slavault.com and include:

  • your full name
  • the email address tied to your SLAVault account
  • your organization name, if applicable
  • the type of request you are making
  • a short description of what you want us to do

4. Verification and Authorization

Before we complete a deletion or export request, we may need to verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to request the information or action.

  • Individual requests should come from the email associated with the account.
  • Organization-wide deletion or export requests may require confirmation that you are an authorized admin.
  • We may ask follow-up questions before taking action on sensitive requests.

5. Response Timing

We aim to acknowledge verified privacy requests within 3 business days and respond substantively within 30 days. If a request is unusually large or requires more review, we will let you know.

6. Deletion Requests

Deletion requests are reviewed based on account type and organization role. In some cases, removing a person from an organization workspace may be more appropriate than deleting the full underlying account.

For organization-wide deletion requests, we may require admin authorization and confirmation of subscription, billing, and workspace-impact consequences before proceeding.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

7. Export Requests

Export requests may include account/profile data, organization membership information, contract metadata, reminders/alerts data, and other records within the scope you are authorized to access.

Where practical, exports may be delivered as structured data files and/or original uploaded files using a secure delivery method.
